We do not collect payment card information through our lead forms.

- Follow up about your project, including by phone or email
- Keep a record of inquiries and completed work for business administration

We do not sell your personal information.

- Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram): When you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects and processes your form submission and delivers it to us as the advertiser, in accordance with Meta’s own privacy policy. Meta may also use information in accordance with its terms for operating its services.
- Service providers: We may use service providers who help us run our business, such as email, scheduling, or accounting tools. Those providers may only use your information to provide services to us.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or the safety of others.

We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep lead and project information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, complete any work, and meet legal, tax, and business record-keeping requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous, where possible.

6. Your choices and rights

Under applicable Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you may:

- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
